2nd Staff Traınıng of "GET CLOSER" project

 2nd Staff Training of "GET CLOSER" project "Promotion of Ethnomusicology As a Creative Tool For Social Inclusion in Youth Work" held in Germany between 20-26 November 2022 

 The staff training hosted 5 participants from each organisation, consisting from youth workers, educators and trainers, 18 participants totally. Participants are introduced to the concept of ethnomusicology and cultural identity, how it connects people and promote sense of belonging, how can it be used for transversal skills and creativity on young people, how to promote it as a tool in social inclusion etc. Participants have  created frameworks in order to use ethnomusicology in their youth work according the needs of their young people.
